The Butterfly and the Ant 

Then she spoke, “Hello my friend do you remember me from a few days ago?” The Ant looked up and had to blink before he recognized her, “It’s you, how…?” Then she said, “Life is full of many glorious surprises” and waving goodbye she soared up into the vivid blue sky.

Sunset Cliffs with tide pools

Sunset Cliffs is a magical place, the scale and wildness of the land and Sea is always so beautiful. My favorite time to go is during low tide so we can hike down to the tide pools and beaches.
